Zoom a few months ago, Crissy & i were discussing bridesmaid gifts. we were bouncing ideas off of each other, trying to brainstorm cute ideas we’d seen on Pinterest, discussing what the girls wouldn’t want, figuring out what we’d use again, etc. naturally, it was a fun discussion- i thought she’d settled on boyfriend-style oxfords (perfect for after wedding-day hair appointments). well, fast forward to last Friday night when she passed out the cutest Etsy-made burlap totes filled with Kate Spade earrings, a coffee table book (each girls’ book was tailored to their lifestyles-mine: Louboutins), & last but certainly not least, a monogrammed chambray button-down from Madewell. i flipped out. call it the wine or the almost-wedding day hysteria, whatever it was, i could not stop beaming over the gift(s)! Crissy went above & beyond, & you better believe i’ll be wearing what i can & showing off the coffee table book come this fall! (pictured: what i wore to wedding day appointments)
