Zoom one very welcoming aspect to being a member of the company’s planning committee is the given excuse to bake for team meetings. case in point: last night, i found myself in the kitchen, Sara Lee style, whipping up some season-inspired cupcakes- we’re talkin’ Spice Cake with homemade Vanilla Buttercream frosting rolled in company-colored sprinkles. i’m hoping this double dozen goes over well at tonight’s meeting. & in analyzing these sweetened beauties, i have a hunch that they will!
