Zoom this weekend, Mama & I headed up north to Thorntown in order to do a little antiquing (aka new home decorating/researching). i have been so hooked on Pinterest as of late, that i have actually convinced myself (& those around me) that i will decorate a generous portion of my house with re-purposed goods. now, while i’m not totally jilted in believing my own plan of action, i have decided to start with small projects first. for nineteen dollars, i walked out of the Countryside Antique Mall with this beauty. upon arriving home, i promptly Googled replacement crystals (Spencer Pratt would be oh, so envious!) & am the satisfied owner of a pretty (& quite girly) lamp that will be on displayed atop my soon-to-be office desk. how’s that for a first attempt?
